CHAPERONES ARE NEEDED TO MAKE THIS FIELD TRIP HAPPEN!

  • If you have a parent or guardian available for both dates of festival and they are willing to chaperone, please email Mr. Mittel ASAP to be added to the list! We will likely need 5-6 more adults to join us (both male and female chaperones are required)
  • Chaperones must be TUHSD cleared volunteers. If your parent/guardian needs to complete this to chaperone, follow the instructions here. (This can take a few weeks, so we recommend doing this sooner than later)

Ready to join TTC at Thespian Festival 2024???

Registration    instructions:

1.  Make sure to thoroughly read the trip info packet AND share all of this information with your parents/guardians
2.  Print the final page of the trip info packet (the Thespian Festival Acknowledgement Form), get all initials and signatures required, and take a photo or scan the completed form
3.  Pay the $50 trip deposit to the bookstore and take a photo or scan the receipt. (Reminder that this $50 go towards the final trip cost)
4.  Complete the Thespian Festival 2024 Sign Up form with your info
                        - You will submit the photos or your signed acknowledgement form AND your receipt in this form
                        - If you have been approved to join a tech challenge team, you will select that option in the form
                        - If you have been approved to be one of the 3 scholarship aditioners, you will select that option in the form
                        - If there are any other Festival opportunities you'd like to be a part of that require a sign up, that will also
                           happen in this form. (Including the Improv Tournament)

THE STEPS ABOVE MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN 9/17/24


​5.  After sign ups have closed AND the notification has been sent out in the Thespian Festival Remind stating that fees are available in student bookstore accounts, pay the rest of the trip cost by 10/31
